Privacy Policy — BP Life Reporting

BP Distributing, LLC (“we,” “us”) operates an internal reporting application (“the App”) that connects to QuickBooks Online to retrieve accounting data for internal business reporting.
Information we access. With your authorization, the App accesses accounting data from your connected QuickBooks Online company, including invoices, sales transactions, customers, and financial reports. The App only reads data necessary to generate internal reports.
How we use it. Data is used solely to produce internal business and financial reports for BP Distributing, LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and security. Access tokens and retrieved data are stored securely and used only for the reporting functions described above. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from within QuickBooks Online.
Data retention. Retrieved data is retained only as long as needed for reporting purposes and is deleted upon disconnection or request.
