End-User License Agreement — BP Life Reporting

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the internal reporting application (“the App”) provided by BP Distributing, LLC.
1. License. BP Distributing, LLC grants authorized internal users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for internal business reporting purposes only.
2. Permitted use. The App is for internal use by BP Distributing, LLC and its authorized personnel. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to the public.
3. Data access. The App accesses QuickBooks Online data only with the user’s authorization and only as needed to perform reporting functions.
4. No warranty. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. BP Distributing, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
5. Termination. Access may be revoked at any time. Users may disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online to terminate its access.
